this company was amazing! I was looking for a company to make my mascot into plushies. I gave them a reference image, and they made it exactly as I hoped! They made every edit that I asked for, and insured I got exactly what I wanted! They even added little logo tags that I asked for on each plush!
We had an issue with shipping where 50 of my 200 plushies got lost, they tried there best to get them to me, and ended up providing a full refund of the lost plushies. Their customer service was great!
